This is Chapter 5 of the Paper Mario thing...It takes place in Subcon, land of the dreams. How do you get there you ask?

When you get back to the central hub from Chapter 4 Mario will fight Wendy O. and after he beats her, a bunch of Shy Guys jump the plumber and beat him up until he has 1 HP left...Mario then has to go to an inn to get his HP back...for some reason every person in the town is replaced with a Shy Guy counter part and they all point Mario in this new poorly built section of town where they want him to sleep at the inn there. When he does, he wakes up in Subcon. When Mario decides to leave (before completing the Chapter) he will go to the front of an area and then he will wake up in the inn earlier and Shy Guys will be pushing a machine away from his head.

In the chapter Mario meets a Shy Guy...er..Gal riding her Ostro, who is wearing leg warmers. The duo's field ability is basically like the Yoshi kid of PM2/Parakarry of PM (ride for faster transport and fly across small distances). They attack as a team most of the time, but there is atleast one move that one of them attack only.

A confrontation with Wart's Angels (three Birdos) is inevitable. After beating Wart, Mario wakes up and the real boss battle begins with General Guy and his new RoBirdo tank outside the fake inn.

The item of Power? I dunno...maybe some cherries or something else from SMB2... Also, the little Subcon platform over to the left is based off of SSBM's version of the dream world.

As for the darkness everywhere except this one corner, it's a reminder that nothing in this chapter is real...except the Shy Guy/Ostro pair that are brought into existance with Mario waking up with them following him (The machine was able to bring his nightmares to life)

Thanks to fluffycatgirl and MysticRobin for the partner ideas, since they were the only two, I combined both their ideas. You two lovely ladies (if ya both are ladies) can name the partner you chose...if not just let someone else do it...it has to start with S (Shy Guy) or O (Ostro) or has to be some kind of pun... and they both are female, so have fun!
